Who Do You Consider His Holiness ?

Today I read a post on KNWA about the Dalai Lamah coming to NWA and he is called His Holiness. It really got me to thinking, I only think of one person as HIS HOLINESS and it's not a man that practices a feel good, happiness life path.

Now before you get all up in the air read on. I researched the Lamah before I made this statement. He is not the head of a actual religion, but he does do nice things, He does believe in living kindly and behaving well towards others. Got it, believe, accept and appreciate it....but, still doesn't make me stand in line and bow down to him or any other good time man spreading the good news. I shall have no other gods before my GOD and I shall bow down before for no other gods but my GOD. I was shocked to find out that he actually does not lead a true religion. Did not know that. His path is as follows:

"He wants people to follow the path that will make them a better person and be happier and more joyful."

Must tell you there are a few television so call preachers that must be practicing Buddhism because they to believe that a person must follow a path that will make them a better person, be happier and more joyful.

Then there is the Hindu man, the Catholics, and all those royalty people who want to be call His Holiness - I am not sorry, but in my book - the BIBLE there is but one true HOLINESS and there is but one true path to walk - yes it requires that you do nice things, BUT it doesn't always make you happier because following JESUS is not always an easy path to take. You will definitely be more joyful because when you are filled with the HOLY SPIRIT you are full of JOY !! your spirit is alive and well. But, there is only one true path to follow and it is the path of life, you must choose life, you must choose JESUS, HE says no one comes to the FATHER except through ME and that even means the wonderful Mr. Lamah, the Hindu, the Buddist, the Catholics, the TV preachers, the person next door, even me. No one !

I looked up the definition of HOLINESS and copied this from another resource. I thought it defined it very well.

Finally, how can we become holy? Holiness only results from a right relationship with God by believing in Jesus Christ as Savior (accepting His gift of eternal life). If we have not placed our faith in God's Son alone to save us from our sins, then our pursuit of holiness is in vain. So, we must first make sure we are born-again believers (see John 3). If we truly are believers, then we recognize that our position in Christ automatically sets us apart from the world (1 Peter 2:9). After all, we have a relationship with the living God! Then we must daily live a set-apart life, not trying to "blend in" with the world, but instead living according to God's Word as we study the Bible and grow in it.

The person who has walked closest to GOD on this earth in my lifetime is probably Billy Graham. If I ever had a chance to meet him, I wouldn't bow to him, I would humbly walk up to him, shake his hand and say " GOD BLESS YOU, Mr. Graham."
