Be Astonished !

Have you every really been excited or astonished about something?  How long has it been since you felt your heart leap at a thought or a feeling?  Do you every just feel happy to be alive? 

Or are you one of those people who complain about being bored, having nothing to do.  Do you wish you lived a different life, had a different job, a different spouse, a better car......something to change up your life, add some EXCITEMENT !!!

Last night I heard a gentleman speak about the Kingdom in a way that was different than any preacher I had ever heard in all my life.  He didn't preach, he just talked to us, he didn't warn, or threaten, shout or yell.  He didn't use notes, charts, bells or fancy gadgets, he spoke from the spirit.  It was so refreshing and joyful.  I don't know when I have laughed so much about being in love with the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost in my life.  It was exciting and still is as I continue to grow in the spirit. 

 

One of the most beautiful things I took away from that meeting was the "What if ?  What if we are living a beautiful song and all the things going on around us and within is, are parts of that song leading up to the big finale? 

 

Never had I thought of life in that way before, but look beyond your own life and look at the world as a whole.

Picture and listen as you close your eyes and imagine the soundtrack to the rains, the winds, the heat, all the different weather, the wars, the births, the oceans, even a dripping faucet, the sounds of all the animals, all the activities going on around us. 

 

Wow !  now that is EXCITEMENT & I for one am ASTONISHED !

 

If you add in all the praises and in Papa Jack's words "quantum praises" of all the angels and Christians, what a chorus is going on in the background.  My mind is exploding with the sounds, I can not gather it all in.

 

That my friends is the point ...... you can not gather GOD all in ..HE is in everything, everything, forever and ever......

 

All of us should live every second of our lives in astonishment for what GOD is doing, has done and will do for us.  We need to be excited to be alive, to walk this earth, to be in awe of our Father, from a single blade of grass to the mightiest, brightest of the planets.  We need to praise HIM and aggravate the devil with every Amen we shout. 

 

Fill you heart with the spirit, walk in excitement, you may discover that GOD is going to bless you and open your life in a way that you can't even imagine.

 

Are you ready to be ASTONSHISHED ?
